The press about banks
Recent years have brought change in the media landscape in Poland and around the world. The number of information sources is growing, the number of publications increases, there are more and more tools that facilitate contact between the company and journalists. This report collects all information vital for creating best relations between the company and the press. It covers topics like, for example, what the expectations of key financial journalists towards banks and their press offices are, what kind of contacts they prefer, what they want, what is particularly valuable to them and what is of no use. At the same time, banks’ media relations departments receive information from journalists concerning assessment of their work.

Report is published every other year, in April.
Methodology and sample
The study is conducted by running individual standardized interviews, on a sample of journalists specializing in financial topics, who contact banks’ PR departments as part of their work.
